Setup your own Discord Application to manage order status from your Discord Channel directly.

The main feature of SyncPA Pro plan is enabling the possibility for Shop Owners to manage the order status from their Discord Channel directly.

Toggle this open to enable or disable order status management.

When this open is enabled, instead of sending Notifications directly to the channel, SyncPA will create thread for each Order.

It would be more convenient & organized for Shop Owners to manage order.

Temporary data will be stored (in your site) to avoid frequent/redundant API requests toward SureCart to ease the loading of your site and to overcome the limitation of Discord API.

The data will expire after the retention period and will be cleared by the system.

Once the data is cleared one will not be able to apply below actions from Discord channel:

After that, the order status can only be updated via your site's wp-admin > SureCart > Orders page.

So, please set a period longer than the process time of order-to-shipment you need for your SureCart shop.
