q1 no interaction button to update order status a possible causes webhook failed due to surecart server issue (status code 500) please check the webhooks status in the webhooks section https //app surecart com/webhook endpoints of your surecart account settings on the official surecart website in this case, once the server issue is resolved surecart will re send the webhook automatically and the interaction button will be generated accordingly no webhook from surecart if no webhook detected, there will be no interaction button generated all fulfill items are shipped in this case, no further action will be required q2 interaction button was removed to maintain channel clean, when you finished an action and there is no further action (eq fulfill, input tracking info) required the original messages/button will be removed q3 there are notifications due to q1a1, how to handle it? if all the actions are finished with the order, you are free to click the interaction buttons and the buttons will be removed accordingly if the order is not yet shipped, you can manage order status under the channels with same order number it works, no matter in which channel you apply the actions q4 the enable thread is on, but no notifications were received in discord channel if you can receive notifications when enable thread is turned off, it might be the insufficient permissions issue with your channel please refer to step 7 of setup discord application docid 9qj6xdu7a7mwjrrboovza for application permissions in the channel
